IP4B, a full-service world-class provider of IP telephony and unified communications, announced today that it has reached an agreement with Bell Canada Wholesale Services to transport its Canadian IP telephony services. This deal enables IP4B to carry its clients\u2019 voice communications over Canada\u2019s most important telecommunication backbone.<\/p>\n
The deal henceforth empowers IP4B to offer a completely redundant SIP network to all its clients. The Bell Canada network becomes the main IP4B backbone across Canada. It replaces alternative tier two networks previously used but that were unable to provide the highest level of robustness sought.<\/p>\n
This SIP network redundancy adds to the multiple measures already put in place by IP4B. Among these are the geographically redundant data centers<\/a> implemented 10 years ago, backup Internet connectivity over LTE launched in 2016, and, more recently, top-of-the-line defense against DDOS Internet attacks.<\/p>\n \u201cWith this new agreement, IP4B positions itself among the best business IP communications companies in Canada.
