Technical Sales Coordinator

IP4B Telecom is expanding its sales territory to include all regions across Canada. The company is currently seeking channel sales partners.
Founded in 1992, IP4B Telecom is now a full-service provider of highly competitive business solutions. The only true one-stop telecom provider in the country, we operate a Canada-wide network.
Duties (reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing)
- Soliciting current customers to capitalize on upselling opportunities and prompt a meeting with our account managers
- Putting together the technical literature requested by customers (MACD) and packaging them into proposals, then following up on said proposals
- Assisting our account managers with drafting proposals
- Establishing and nurturing business ties with customers
- Handling the email distribution of our newsletter and other communications intended for customers
- Updating the price list as required
Requirements
- DEC Diploma of Collegiate Studies in administration, marketing, technology or related field
- Minimum five years customer service and/or sales experience
- Minimum five years business telecom experience
- Extensive experience dealing with business customers (e.g. sales, customer service, technical support)
- Very sound command of business phone systems (PBX)
- Knowledge of SIP connections, computer networks
- Excellent command of Office Suite computer programs, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Excellent command of written French
- Bilingualism, spoken and written
