This year’s ending will have brought us to hope despite the pitfalls it has presented. Certainly hope through vaccines and the gratitude of seeing all these people helping each other and being resilient.
In the business community, the year’s word was certainly again “telework.” Even more of you asked us to help you stay connected to your customers, especially at a distance. Of course, you need to give your employees all the tools they need to maintain the level of productivity they need to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
We have offered to customers, old and new, our Cisco UC-One and XPRESS4B Unified Communications solutions and our new MEET4B video conferencing solution to meet this high demand. We also did our modest part with financial assistance to make these solutions more accessible. It was our way of doing our part for local businesses.
Also, in June of this year, IP4B announced that it had reached an agreement with CDS Communications Group to acquire its assets. The addition of CDS to the IP4B team has positioned the company as the leader in innovative telecommunications solutions for the senior living and hospitality markets.
Beyond business solutions and technologies that support them, we think about the people behind these businesses because your employees and ours are our extended family.
