IP4B acquires CDS Communications Group
IP4B POSITIONS ITSELF AS A LEADER IN HOTEL AND RETIREMENT HOME SOLUTIONS
IP4B, a leading full-service provider of IP telephony and unified communications, announces that it has entered into an agreement with CDS Communications Group (hereafter “CDS”) to acquire its assets.
This transaction has three major components:
- IP4B acquires the entire customer base of CDS and takes over the management and operation of the technologies;
- IP4B hires key resources from CDS;
- IP4B obtains certain essential assets, including high-performance business communications solutions.
This transaction allows IP4B to pursue its growth strategy and position itself as a key leader in the Quebec IP telephony and unified communications market.
The addition of CDS to the IP4B team will position the company as the leader in innovative telecommunications solutions for the senior living and hospitality markets. Over the years, CDS has built a solid reputation in these vertical markets with innovative solutions that meet the expectations of local property managers. This integration with IP4B will allow CDS to strengthen its R&D efforts to pursue even more advanced solutions.
