IP4B acquires IP telephony provider Netvox
IP4B CONTINUES ITS GROWTH AS A LEADER IN IP TELEPHONY
IP4B, a full-service world-class provider of IP telephony and unified communications, announces that it has entered into an agreement to acquire all shares of Netvox, a Montreal-based IP telephony provider.
For IP4B, this is the third telecom company acquisition since 2020. These transactions contribute to the company’s growth and confirm IP4B’s status as a leader in IP telephony and unified communications solutions for Canadian businesses.
“The telecommunications market is undergoing major changes, and technologies are evolving rapidly. One only has to think of the super-accelerated arrival of unified communications tools such as Cisco’s Webex and Microsoft Teams, which empower teleworking. Without economies of scale, it becomes difficult to innovate,” says Steve Foisy, President of IP4B. “On behalf of the entire IP4B family, I would like to extend a warm welcome to our new customers. We are confident that we will meet your expectations and that our world-class network and personalized customer service will win you over,” added Mr. Foisy.
“For Netvox customers, this is a unique opportunity to leverage the IP4B team’s expertise in building and managing world-class platforms to advance the technologies Netvox has deployed since its inception,” said Dominique Le Bourhis, Netvox’s outgoing president. “We have always been focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience, and with IP4B, we can now take it to the next level. This is truly a win-win-win situation,” concludes Le Bourhis.
In the next few days, Netvox customers will receive a communication from their new business solution advisor to get to know each other better and especially to review their business objectives. Customers who require technical support can contact IP4B at 514-444-4045 or by email at support@ip4b.ca. Please note that there will be no change in billing.
